Apex Punting ("we", "us") operates apexpunting.com, a horse racing selections and promo-strategy subscription service. We provide analysis, selections, and educational content only — we do not operate any gambling service, accept bets, or facilitate wagering of any kind.

You can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period. During a launch promotion, prices may be displayed as free or discounted — the terms in effect at signup apply for that period.

7. Intellectual property

All selections, analysis, and content on this site belong to Apex Punting. You may use it for your own personal reference; reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting it without our permission isn't allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any financial loss, wagering outcome, or decision made based on our content, nor for technical issues or service interruptions.

9. Responsible gambling
